Sleep is a need, but it is not one size fits all. I have been trained in all current sleep training methods and I do not adhere to one specific approach. During your consultation I discuss your needs and then tailor a plan specifically to your family! I help you sort through the compilation of factors that influence outcomes.

My job is to educate you on safe and healthy sleep and why it matters so much. The difference between reading a sleep book and hiring a sleep consultant is that I integrate all the best information while I develop a plan specifically for your family. There is a lot of contradictory information out there, and I help eliminate the guess work.

I help you implement your plan, and I am there to sort through issues that may arise. In coaching your family, I am also there to hold you accountable for your actions that can be disruptive to success. This is something that no book or online program can provide. My research-backed education, and solid professional network, enable a path to success. 

Every case is little bit different, but the most successful families are those who are committed, and those who are consistent. You and your child deserve all the positive things that come with better quality sleep, but it is important to know that you can’t expect change without making a change. If everything you are doing right now was working, then you wouldn’t be here. I assess your situation and advise you on the key changes.
